MultiTouch Ltd, the world leader in interactive display systems, has secured a 2014 Digital Signage Expo (DSE) Apex Award for Queensland University of Technology’s (QUT) The Cube – the world’s largest interactive multi-touch installation, comprising 48 MultiTouch 55” Ultra-Thin Bezel MultiTaction Cell displays. Nominated by MultiTouch, QUT was presented with the Apex Gold Award, the highest honour, in the Education and Healthcare category. The Apex Awards recognise innovation in the deployment of technology in the global digital signage, interactive technology and digital place-based media industries. Gold Apex Award winners were named in 11 categories, from a combined 107 entries.
